What’s the difference between a Breathwork session and a LifeWave Clarity Call?
Breathwork sessions focus on retraining how you breathe to improve health, sleep, and performance using the Buteyko Method. The LifeWave Clarity Call is a consultation to explore how light-activated patches can support healing, energy, and recovery. Both can work beautifully together — or on their own.
