Join Dr. Amy live In this 4-week small-group course. You’ll learn a physician-guided, Buteyko-based method to retrain your breathing: nasal breathing, light breathing, and CO₂ tolerance exercises that help your nervous system downshift and your body use oxygen more efficiently.

This is for anyone experiencing:

  • Anxiety or chronic stress

  • Poor sleep or nighttime waking

  • Mouth breathing or breathlessness

  • Asthma, allergies, snoring, or suspected sleep apnea

  • Dental health challenges, such as dry mouth, cavities, gum irritation, and jaw tension linked to mouth breathing

  • Perimenopause-related symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disruption, fatigue

  • A sense of always “pushing” instead of feeling steady and grounded.

One 75 min live session per week + simple daily practices.
You’ll leave with tools you can use for life. Sessions will be recorded.
